A name or place entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider handles the query and produces its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or direct message may be retained long enough to answer and manage the communication. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
